PRESS: Antitrust may adjust RusHydro tariff over high coal price
MOSCOW, Aug 18 (PRIME) -- The State Council for Energy has recommended that the Federal Antimonopoly Service consider solving the fuel problems of hydropower giant RusHydro stemming from abnormally high coal prices, business daily Kommersant reported on Wednesday, citing a protocol of a meeting.
"The Federal Antimonopoly Service is recommended working on inclusion of additional spending of energy companies on the purchases of coal products in the tariff, taking into account the market price growth," the statement read.
The authority said that the changes are for the plants on the Far East where the tariffs are state-regulated.
